Paul R. O'Neill is a graduate of Georgetown University's College of Arts and Sciences and Graduate School, and has served as assistant to the Executive Vice President of the university and as associate Executive Director of the Georgetown Alumni Association.

Paul K. Williams is an established author of Washington, D.C. histories and is the proprietor of Kelsey and Associates, a house history firm.

Together, they bring to life the singular storied past of an integral part of American history.
