Steve Bastow is Senior Lecturer in Politics at Kingston University, London. Author of a number of articles and book chapters on the contemporary French extreme right. He is Assistant editor of the European Journal of Social Quality.
James Martin is Lecturer in Politics at Goldsmiths College, University of London. He is author of Gramsci's Political Analysis: A Critical Introduction (Macmillan, 1998) and co-author of Contemporary Social and Political Theory: An Introduction (Open University Press, 1999).
