recommended." --J. Kushner, James Madison University
"...a good index, a supplementary index of subjects by topic area,
and cross-referencing at the end of each entry do help in
navigating the contents...a worthwhile investment for departmental,
medical school, and public libraries." --AMERICAN NEUROLOGICAL
ASSOCIATION (2003)
"Here is a work that the busy clinical neurologis - practicing or
academic - can keep next to her/his two-volume OED, Webster's
Unabridged, and Internet access. Aminoff and Daroff - themselves
encyclopedic in their knowledge, breadth, and editorial experience
- have put together a truly all-encompassing editorial compendium."
--NEUROLOGY (October 2003)
