Reviel Netz is Professor of Ancient Science at Stanford University. His co-author, William Noel, is the Manuscripts Curator of the Walters Art Museum and head of the Archimedes Project.Dr. William Noel received his Ph.D in 1993 from Cambridge University. Among the Positions he has held are Director of Studies in the History of Art, Downing College, Cambridge and Assistant Curator of Manuscripts, The J.Paul Getty Museum, Los Angeles.
