DONALD RAY SCHWARTZ is Instructor in Humanities and Internship Coordinator for Cooperative Education and Career Services at Peru State College. He has published over 100 articles, essays, criticisms, short stories, a novella, an epic poem, and has had several plays produced. ANNE AULL BOWBEER, now retired, was Assistant Dean in charge of Adult Education at Clinton Community College and coordinated Continuing Education in Pediatrics at the Texas Tech University Regional Academic Health Center in El Paso. She lived for almost 20 years in the Iowa city where Russell was born.
