About the Author

Paul F. Dell, Ph.D., is co-chair of ISSD's DSM-V Task Force. He is a former Professor of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences of Eastern Virginia Medical School and Director of the Trauma Recovery Center in Norfolk, VA. John A. O'Neil, M.D., is a Fellow of the International Society for the Study of Dissociation (ISSD). He is a member of the Canadian Psychoanalytic Society and of the International Psycho-Analytical Association, and is certified in clinical hypnosis by the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis.
