About the Author

Cricketer turned author Simon Hughes was a fast bowler for Middlesex and Durham between 1980 and 1993. He also toured and played all over the world. He retired to become a columnist for the Daily Telegraph, commentate on the game for television and write books. He is author of the acclaimed A Lot of Hard Yakka and more recently Yakking Around the World
