Robert Wolfe, Chief of the Modern Military Headquarters Branch at the National Archives, has served as a specialist for captured German records. He was an infantry officer from 1942 to 1945 and was in the Information Control Division of the Office of Military Government, Württemberg-Baden, from 1945 through 1948.
