About the Author

Richard Fuchs received his J.D. at New York Law School and has been a New York attorney for the past twenty-seven years. He has enjoyed an interest in American history, particularly the Civil War era, since his undergraduate days at Farleigh Dickinson University. Fuchs lives in Tarrytown, New York.
