About the Author

Joan D Barghusen worked for many years as a director of museum education at the Oriental Institute of the University of Chicago. Her interest in ancient Mediterranean civilisations has taken her to Egypt, Tunisia, and Malta, In addition to several books, her publications include articles on archaeology and history. She lives in Chicago. Bob Moulder is a specialist in historical artwork and comic strips. He lives in Derby and currently works with the Oxford Illustrators and Designers group.
