Vangjel Canga lindi n� Tiran� n� vitin 1979 ku dhe p�rfundoi shkoll�n e mesme teknike "Harry Fultz" n� vitin 1998, dega elektronik�.
Pas vitit 1998 studioi n� Athin�, Greqi dhe n� Newcastle upon Tyne, Angli p�r elektronik� dhe informatik�. Ka punuar kryesisht si programues n� firma t� m�dha telekomunikacioni, banka, etj.
Ka shkruar poezit� e tij t� para n� 1996, por �sht� marr� m� seriozisht n� periudhat 2004-2005 dhe q� prej 2008 e deri m� sot.
P�rve� poezis� i interesojn� arte vizive si piktura dhe fotografia, dhe gjithashtu muzika. Figurat q� jan� p�rdorur si ilustrime n� librin e tij t� par� (Vizualet jo vizuale) jan� n� fakt nga skicat e tij q� prej vitit 2003 deri m� sot.
Disa poezi t� zgjedhura jan� botuar m� par� dhe n� revist�n "Pelegrin" t� shoqat�s "Drita" n� Athin� (n�n mbik�qyrjen e z. Nase Jani).

Vangjel Canga (Vanca) was born in Tirana, Albania in 1979 where he also completed high school in 1998.
Since 1998 he has studied and worked in Athens, Greece (except for a one-year break for studying in England, UK).
He has written his first poems around 1996, but has worked more seriously in this direction during the 2004-2005 period and since 2008.
Besides poetry, he is also interested in the visual arts like painting and photography, and also music. The pictures used as illustrations in his first book (The Visual Non Visuals) are in fact selected from his sketches from 2003 until today.
Before his first book, a few of his poems have also been published in the Albanian-language magazine "Pelegrin" of the "Drita"(Light) society of Albanian writers in Athens.
