About the Author

Alexander Murinson is a visiting scholar at the Begin-Sadat Center for Strategic Studies, Bar-Ilan University, Israel. He holds a PhD in Politics and International Relations from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London, and is the author of Turkey's Entente with Israel and Azerbaijan: State Identity and Security in the Middle East and Caucasus (2009).
