Now teaching part-time, David Potter has written more than 20 books on football and cricket, centred mostly around his greatest sporting love: Celtic FC. Now retired from local government, Phil Jones has since 1966 visited every Scottish League ground - usually accompanied by David Potter - and is now intently ticking off non-League homes.
