What are your shipping rates?

Australia Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is free on over 19 million products sent anywhere within Australia or New Zealand.

Some large or heavy items may incur additional delivery fees based on your postcode. To see what delivery will cost, you can enter your postcode on the product page and immediately see the exact shipping cost. Fishpond implements this additional postcode based charge to fairly reflect the actual cost of delivery to different postcodes for these large or heavy items - this means if you live in a remote area you will pay more for delivery than a customer in a metropolitan area.

Fast shipping is available on some products. The shipping fee and estimated delivery time will be calculated for you during check-out. Fast shipping is sent directly from our Fishpond warehouse while standard shipping will be ordered from one of our suppliers. Please note that fast shipping does not use the Express Post service from Australia Post.

Australia Delivery Times

You will receive an email when your order is shipped, which will include the delivery method.

The following delivery timeframes apply:

Australia Post Mail
Sydney Metro: 2-3 working days after dispatch
Melbourne Metro: 2-3 working days after dispatch
Rest of Australia: 3-5 working days after dispatch

Delivery to remote areas may take longer.

Please note we rely on these companies to provide delivery services but cannot guarantee delivery times.

If your order doesn't arrive within the given timeframe, please let us know via the order tracking system.
