Standard shipping is free on all orders sent anywhere within Australia or New Zealand.

This excludes Sell Yours items which incur a $5.00 handling fee per item, as these are not sent by Fishpond.

Fast shipping is available on some products. The shipping fee and estimated delivery time will be calculated for you during check-out. Fast shipping is sent directly from Fishpond warehouse while standard shipping will be ordered from one of our suppliers. Please note that fast shipping does not use the Express Post service from Australia Post.

Australia Delivery Times

You will receive an email when your order is shipped, which will include the delivery method.

The following delivery timeframes apply:

Australia Post Mail
Sydney Metro: 2-3 working days after dispatch
Melbourne Metro: 2-3 working days after dispatch
Rest of Australia: 3-5 working days after dispatch

Delivery to remote areas may take longer.
